Click on the checkout button, review your order to ensure everything is right and add in the discount code if you have one. Click next and login if you have an existing account or have purchased from us before. If you haven’t logged in before now is the time to create an account.
Creating an Account
To create an account, you must tick the create account checkbox after filling out your shipping information and provide a unique user name and password. You may also create an account here.
Purchase as a Guest.
To use the guest checkout feature, you do not need to create a username and password. Just provide your shipping address and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email (support@online-weed.net).
Payment Instructions
On the “Check-out Confirmation” page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Check out our handy video tutorial here on how to send your Interac payment. Once your payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.
Your order will ship one day after your E-transfer has been received and confirmed. All orders and payments received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. We only ship within Canada.
There can be unexpected delays with shipping out products. We have no control over parcels once they are in the hands of third parties, such as Canada Post. Tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 36 hours to appear and there can be delays in updating the information, so please be patient.

We know that discretion is important. We vacuum seal your weed products for freshness and bubble wrap for maximum protection. We use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpress envelopes to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.
Payments & Fees
All orders over $89.00 are shipped for FREE. For orders under $89, there is a $15.00 shipping fee.
Taxes vary based on your province which is listed separately on the invoice.
We only accept Interac E-transfer payments through an online bank or credit union. To find out more please see our handy video tutorial. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.
Pricing & Policies
We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit or refund please contact us at support@online-weed.net. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.
The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and the Canadian competitor. Send us a photo or link for the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. Cannabis products, such as flowers, may not always be eligible as the growers’ quality often varies with different batches. Our craftsman’s quality typically is far higher than our competitors, because of their long history and experience in growing. Our price match policy does not apply to close out sales, limited quantity sales or errors in competitive advertisements.

We only insure the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option and we will not insure the “Safe Drop” delivery option.
Unfortunately, the occurrence of theft is quite high in these areas and thus we cannot guarantee delivery if we ship your package there.
We do not send packages out with a “signature required” unless requested. If you would like your package to be sent out with a signature required, please include this request in your order notes during the checkout process. We recommend requesting the “signature required” option to ensure your package arrives in your hands.

We recommend requesting the “signature required” option for your orders to ensure the packages arrive in your hands. “Signature required” means the delivery agent will get the signature and the signatory’s name, then hand the item to the receiver. If there’s no answer at the door, the delivery agent will leave a Delivery Notice Card in the addressee’s mail receptacle that directs the addressee to the designated post office to pick up the item.
